I am a first-generation Ecuadorian American passionate about creating more equitable experiences through technology and language. My work brings together technical customer support and language access to help people navigate services and information.

My experience spans SaaS, technology, education, nonprofit, and legal sectors, where I have supported customers, troubleshot technical issues, translated and localized content, and contributed to multilingual communication initiatives.

I combine problem-solving, cultural awareness, and language expertise to provide thoughtful support for diverse communities.
